What’s been happening at the Inn

Hello, adventurers.

It’s been pretty quiet here, but rest assured, stories are moving forward. A few anyhow. Today, I’d like to give an update on my current situation.

I might as well get this out of the way. I’ve been working on The Daughter of Dragons for well over a year, to the point where I’ve been neglecting other projects due to the hard deadlines I’ve made. I had anticipated getting it out sometime this year, but I’ve been growing bored with it lately as Legends of Eifalia’s been taking over my thoughts. It’s a story I was hoping to work on as well, but fortunately, that’s been moved WAY up the priority list.

As a result, The Daughter of Dragons will be put on hold until further notice. I might bring the story to the forefront when I decide what to do with this, but for now. I’m moving onto both my debut full-length novel and my short story collection which will be self-published sometime soon. I will not be giving dates on both until I’m 100% confident on how much progress I’ve made.

That doesn’t mean you won’t see something published sometime soon. I think I owe it to so many of you to get myself out of this COVID withdrawl (I know I keep saying that >w<). I’ll spend the next few weeks prepping my website for the future.

Also to make it up to all of you, I’ll be releasing previews of two short stories that you’ll see in the upcoming collection: Tales from the Silver Claw Inn. Expect more announcements soon.

I miss my blog. I miss my writing. This year has been a struggle not just on myself, but all of us. I want to get my life back in order and I’m starting with this. So get ready for more stories from your favorite storytelling innkeeper/adventurer/swordsman.

Thanks for hanging in there, and remember, the inn is always open.
