It’s December 2019. Hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving meals.
I do have some things to talk about. First, City of Kaiju has been discounted to $0.99 from $2.99 for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Now’s your chance to catch my debut novella before The Daughter of Dragons comes out. You don’t have much time left, since on Tuesday, it will revert back to it’s original price.
Speaking of dragons, The Daughter of Dragons has officially gone into its polishing phase. I had already arranged an editor to look at the story, now, it’s time to keep the momentum going. I’m not gonna lie, this was a struggle for me. Starting out as a story about a woman raised by dragons (which would have amounted to “humans r bad,” to a story about rival clans and a dark evil within a primeval Conan The Barbarian-style setting.
On that note, if things go well, I should be able to start pre-orders pretty soon. I am pushing this to it’s new tentative date of Spring 2020. After that, I am going forward with my primary WIP, Legends of Eifalia. You can follow my trello and see the status of my projects for yourself. I won’t give a release date until I’m one hundred percent confident in this work, which it’s getting better for me this time around. I now have a proper idea, already fleshed out, and now, it’s time to clean it up.
I have mentioned that the blog is taking some time off for the moment. I do have a few blog posts in the works, including my thoughts on Pokemon Sword and Shield, which I’ve been super into, as I had predicted. If you want to see me anger the haters, then sometime this week, I’ll show off the blog post.
So that’s that. I hope you enjoy yourself this holiday season. Take care, see you in 2020, and remember, the inn is always open.
